WUSSY is excited to announce that we are currently accepting submissions for our very first print issue! As we move into our next stage of growth, we would like to stress that we are entirely submission based.

Our seasonal, boutique print magazine will be very heavy on visuals with the same biting and resonant WUSSY voice that you're used to. Publishing a semi-regular and themed print issue will allow us to focus on quality over quantity. WussyMag.com will be retooled soon, but will continue to feature exclusive written, photo, and video content.

Theme

Our first issue will be “the body issue.” What does it mean to live in a queer body and all its pure, complicated magic? All submissions must relate in some way, but be creative!
 

What Are We Looking For?

Opinion pieces, works of non-fiction, break-up stories, photo essays, illustrations, nudies, comics, artist profiles, interviews, original and thoughtful pieces.

All work must not have been published anywhere else online or in print.

Submission Guidelines

All written submissions should be submitted as a Word Doc with a title and short 2-3 sentence bio about yourself. Preferred word counts range from 500-2,500 words depending on the piece.

All visual submissions should be submitted as a portfolio PDF format, a folder of small JPEGs, or provide a web link.
